Our work

Our 3000 m² of production workshop space is the nerve centre of the business. Carpentry, cabinet making, windows, stairs, burning techniques, fitting-out and furniture… we take care of the whole of the fabrication, the storage and the logistics. On the building site, we have complete autonomy: lifting, security, equipment, we can rise to (almost) any challenge. In Domancy, our offices are fitted out with technical zones for each trade, enabling collaboration. Our business managers will welcome you to our commercial agencies which are located in major ski resorts nearby.

Job Description

To manage the preparation of the work, coordinating studies and procurement.
Set up the site according to the agreed budget.
Plan the work according to each trade.

Carrying out the work: :
Responsible for team management, acquisition of materials/equipment, subcontractors and others involved.
Initiate the work on site adhering to the budget you have developed and commited to.
Monitor the work and provide updates for your manager.
Ensure adherance to planned schedule, the health and safety of team members and liaison with the client until the work is delivered.

Handover and delivery of work
 :
Create a technical, financial and administrative summary of the work.
Proactively ensure the after-sales service.

The Works Supervisor participates in each one of the phases of the site works. In particular, you are responsible for the execution of the work within the optimum timeframe, for the safety, the quality and the price, the After-Sales Service and deposits and warranties.

The Works Supervisor represents a “keystone” in the framework of the business. Taking into account the responsibilities, you must have knowledge and professional competencies acquired in the following areas: internal and external communication, sales, management, human resource management, health and safety at work, procurement, preparation and monitoring of work, financial mangement of building sites, contract mangement, insurance, quality control, offices as well as respecting norms, and putting in place collective protection and ensuring the wearing of PPE. You are responsible for the safety of your site.

 

Missions 

  • Facilitate administrative tasks: checking invoices, subcontractors, preparation of outputs, organisation of deliveries, creation of minutes from site meetings, responding to mail, checking plans etc…
  • Participate in meetings (sales, CTX, POC, COSER) and lead work site meetings
  • Site visits, taking and checking dimensions, interventions at the end of subcontractor work, pre-reception and reception of sites.
  • After sales service management
  • Work checks, managing unforseen issues
  • Site planning with the trade managers
  • Meeting with clients and acting as technical advisor during the work
  • Managing budgets and timeframes according to the plans
  • Managing the communication between subcontractors and clients and neighbours surrounding the site
  • Project study: analyse the contract signed between sales and the client
  • Economics of the construction: checking of measurements and costings per item
  • Design office: consultation of companies according to Navibat
  • Site administration: organisation of the site personnel
  • Site organisation: management of Surveyor and other trades
  • Personnel organisation: team and trade management
  • Control and checking of work: according to plans, costings and adaptation on site
  • Preparation of clauses for sales team
  • Secretariat: follow-up correspondence, email, etc.
  • Accounting: customer invoicing and validation of trades status
  • Establish a report of the work carried out

  • Wood construction engineer
  • Five years experience in the profession
  • Rigorous, organised, independent, receptive and unifying

Job Description

The carpenter fitter works on site to erect, lift, position and fix the structures and the work of the carpenter, respecting the collective safety rules (scaffolding, life-lines, guardrails, slope safety rails, nets etc…). You would be involved for individual and collective residences as well as for functional buildings (barns, garages, etc.). The carpenter fitter installs horizontal structures (joists), vertical (timbered walls, wooden frame walls, railings), three-dimensional (post-beam, staircase), and traditional frameworks for attics in individual houses.

 

Missions

  • Read and interpret the installation plan
  • Respect the safety instructions
  • Prepare and stock the elements to install plus any other materials
  • Assemble the structure (base, posts, walls, joists, roof, zinc insulation, exterior doors and windows, etc.)
  • Carry out the water- and air-tight procedures for a wooden frame house (rain barrier, wind barrier, exterior joinery)
  • Fix the elements
  • Make minor adjustments as required
  • Empty and clean the site at the end of the project

 

Profile required

  • Training: ‘CAP ou BEP Charpentier bois’ or equivalent or 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Responsible and independent.
  • Team spirit.
  • Driving licence desirable.
  • Training in ‘Gestes et Postures’ or equivalent
  • Level of training required: III or IV or equivalent in carpentry or professional experience.
  • Light Vehicle licence desirable.

Job Description

The site joiner and fitter assures the assembly of the fitted elements, the decorative parts, fitted furniture, finishings and ceilings in solid wood, and composite panels fabricated in the workshop. You would visit construction sites which could be new builds or renovations or settings involving the implementation of joinery work (furniture, doors, windows, parquet flooring, stairs, floors, panelling, finishings, etc.).

 

Missions 

  • Read and interpret the installation plan
  • Respect the safety instructions
  • Install and position the equipment necessary for the protection of floors and for carrying out the work (floor protection in the inhabited sites etc).
  • Trace out the spaces
  • Adapt the elements received to the required dimensions
  • Carry out the necessary assembly, trims and installation: walls, partitions, racks, shelves, display units, ceilings and false ceilings, cupboards
  • Fix the elements
  • Make any minor adjustments as required
  • Empty and clean the site at the end of the project
  • Make and tape plasterboard partitions

 

Profile required

  • ‘CAP’ or ‘BEP’ qualifications (or equivalent) or professional experience.

Descriptif du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur commercial, en tant que Chargé(e) d’Affaires, votre principale mission sera d’assurer le développement et le suivi client sur un secteur géographique défini. Pour ce faire vous aurez tout le matériel à disposition (voiture de fonction, téléphone, tablette/ordinateur, carte carburant).

 

Missions

  • Prospecter et fidéliser de nouveaux clients sur votre secteur géographique,
  • Participer au développement de l’entreprise sur votre secteur,
  • Développer et maintenir un réseau local (agence immobilière, prescripteurs, mairies, etc),
  • En corrélation avec le bureau d’études, établir des cahiers des charges, des avant-projets, des propositions d’offres, des devis destinés aux clients (spécifications, chiffrage, prix, …),
  • Réaliser les métrés, les devis, les ventes ainsi que le suivi des projets,
  • Apporter des solutions technico-commerciales, financières, juridiques aux Clients,
  • Etablir un reporting auprès de votre hiérarchie,
  • Travailler conjointement avec le développeur foncier pour rechercher, transmettre et développer des opportunités,
  • Garantir et préserver l’image de l’Entreprise.

 

Profil recherché

  • Bac +2/3 en négociation commerciale ou autre formation commerciale,
  • Expérience de deux ans dans un poste similaire (ou vente de matériaux, immobilier),
  • Fibre commerciale, goût du challenge, sensibilité aux objectifs commerciaux,
  • Esprit d’équipe et d’entreprise, sensible au produit,

Descriptif du Poste

Le Responsable BE supervise une équipe de 6 personnes (dessinateurs, métreur, architecte d’intérieur). Il assure le suivi des projets et études techniques et s’en porte garant. Il organise et développe le service en termes de ressources humaines, de suivi de performance, d’évolution produit, d’organisation du travail, de respect des délais, de règlementation, de mise en place d’outils & process, de gestion du temps. Il assure l’interface avec les autres services et la direction.

 

Missions

> Suivi des projets en études d’architecture / Informatique

  • Affecter les différents projets aux techniciens BE et transmettre toutes les informations
  • Suivre le déroulement des projets & études
    • Conception technique : maitriser les outils informatiques DAO et CAO
    • Dessin : APS, PC, Plans d’Exécution, détails techniques…
    • Informatique : Sauvegarde journalière, investissement annuel, formation et plan de formation du service, gestion du matériel BE, Navibat pour le BE.
  • Conception Architecturale : plan d’ensemble, plan de détails.
  • Gérer les projets en études afin de respecter la conformité de la demande du client et des règles d’urbanisme (technique, délai étude, prix).
  • Piloter et contrôler la sous-traitance (Architecte externe, Géomètre, Géologue, Ingénieur BA, Thermicien…) ainsi que la facturation associée

> Organisation et développement du BE

  • Gérer les ressources humaines : CV, embauches, évolution salariale, ressources externes si nécessaire, besoins en formation, stagiaires et apprentis, entretiens individuels d’évaluation, congés, gestion des conflits, développement des compétences
  • Piloter le budget et les investissements avec l’aval du COPIL
  • Organiser l’archivage des plans, des schémas en DAO, bibliothèque standard et sauvegarde des programmes
  • Gérer la charge de travail des dessinateurs en étant garant de la bonne répartition des tâches, de l’uniformité du travail, de la durée des tâches, de la mise à jour des dossiers et de l’animation des réunions de service
  • Mettre en place les outils de suivi, de contrôle des tâches et de statistique
  • Assurer une veille technologique permanente sur les nouveaux composants, process et méthodes en se donnant les moyens (fournisseurs, salons, etc.).
  • Participer aux différentes réunions en tant que chef de service : CODEL, POC, Planning Chantiers, BE, Réunion groupe, Commercial…
  • Etre garant de toute dérive significative mettant en péril la qualité d’un projet et en alerter les responsables concernés (Chef de projet, Production, Qualité, Achats, Technique)

 

Profil recherché

  • 10 années d’expérience en BE architecture (construction)
